I've been meditating a lot lately in order to make my trigger stronger ( a certain breathing tecnique). I guess I've been expecting something more profound. There is an imagined place where I go when I meditate or after rather, and I keep seeing this person with a red band around the forehead there. It is supposed to be a medicine garden. How often does everyone meditate? What experiences have you had?
I meditate ALL the time but i've never had that kinda experience!!! lol you actually SEE a person with a red headband in a medicine garden??? I think you've got excellent mind skills if that's true!!
I've had a kensho (a temporary peak into Enlightenment) and a few experiences I'm pretty sure were Samadhi, although I'm not going to say they were because I'm not 100% sure if they truly were. Basically what's normal for me is becoming one with basically anything I focus on (mainly my breath and once I became one with the sound OM which was truly amazing) and being completely still and totally in the moment. Nice, my friend Danny lives down that way. If you are asking if there are any "Yoga/Meditation Houses" or anything of that sort around I do not believe so. Although that would be groovy if there was. Alot of time's I will be on the floor in my room (the living room) and since the front door is right there it is difficult for me to acheive tranquility. There is always someone coming in the door while i'm in a state of Zen On The Schiz~~As far as experiences go I usually meditate until my mind float's away. Where I can no longer feel my body, and my senses are the only things that define me at that moment. i started meditating for the inner peace, and I have found that in that state there's is nothing more peaceful in the world ~PeAcE~

" that sounds similar to a healing buddha meditation where you imagine a blue medicine buddha i try to meditate daily, and i just try to clear my mind and think about attracting good things into my life, and try to set my overall intention on life
