Doodles are still art to me. Sometimes sketches and just messing around gets great results. I really like the third one...the "Proud to be an American" one. There's some great imagery there. I'd like to see it if you ever decide to do something more finished with it.

you have a good direction but you need to figure out where your light source is and shade accordingly, good basics just work on the logistics
