Shpongle/Hallucinogen/Infected Mushroom NYE

At first this seems like the New Years show sent straight from God (although Infected Mushroom is a little questionable). But is anyone else here little irritated as me? The initial cost was to be $49.95 per ticket. But then when they go on sale the cheapest ticekts available are $87 + convienience fees!

With the show being in NYC that already means for anyone who doesnt live in the city the price skyrockets with tolls, food, and places to stay (which is of course way overpriced since its in NYC).

I might understand this if it was a full Shpongle Live show, but of course, its a DJ set. I feel as if Posford is pushing away many of his fans who just cant afford a possible $300-$400 weekend for just 1 show.

Of course since i am not in the music buisness and merely a fan, i might not fully understand all the aspects in this situation so if im missing something PLEASE let me know.

its new years eve dude. its the biggest fucking party of the year.

its like hey brand new year bout to come around lets party.

87$ is nothing for a ticket to sphongle on new years.

50$ for the ticket plus facility fees. 50$ for the ticket is totally legit price, and the facility. well its new years. they are going to make it a badass party. so its like 50$ for the band. 20$ for the party. then 50 for drugs and supplys. you dont need a hotel room. who sleeps on new years eve? ever hotel will have a party going on. phish is in Madison square garden. u should just go to that. its a better party
