i attract straange people

it seems everywhere i go i attract the very strangest of people that society has to offer. some being, hobos with fingerless gloves and something i can only describe as "hungry eyes", strange indian men who want to sell me things then ask for my phone number. white supremicists who insist on telling me their life stories, old men who feel they have something to offer a woman 80 years their junior besides a lift on their hover round.

anyone else attract the weirdos?

In The Fact I Know People From All Walks Of Life...

In The Last 14 Months I Have Been Growing Dreads The Natural Way, And

Watching Peoples Reactions To Me Very Closely.

I Now Get Smiles From Peeps That Would Have Ignored Me Before,

Ranging From The Guy With The Fingerless Gloves As You Describe Him,

That Sits In Front Of The Post Office,To That Even Stranger Breed Of Human We

Call Teenagers....

I know how you feel. A week dosnt go bye that a complete stranger will comes to me and tell me all their problems and ask my advise.

They do that to me too. But I don't mind. Sometimes people just want someone to listen to them.

haha yeah, i'm pretty sure I might be the weirdo too. I'm pretty sure i've caused several occasions in which a person turns to their friend or posts on an internet forum, "yeah, i attract the weirdos...god, let me tell you about this one girl."

maybe you attract the weirdos because youre also a weirdo. embrace that shit, holmes!

 

Good sign, I am also bored by "normal" people, no interest in normal people. In India many saints say that very saint souls are mostly incarnated in the "lowest", "extremest" forms of human life, to test people (if they are superficial)

I'd be willing to bet that that's true. Definitely always end up with people with similar awkward/weirdness...but maybe the majority are just plane strange, and that accounts for the feeling like we're ALWAYS attracting strange people. I think people are more surprised when they run into someone and think, "wow, this person is so normal!" I know I've yet to have that experience, and I don't even know if I'd want that, you know? What is normal? And what it so great about it anyway???

I'm the strange one out of my friends, so don't know how it is to attract the weirdos. But, it makes life more interesting.
