Hi my name is moonbeam and I play sitar in my local progressive-acid-jazz band, I just love feeling all the spiritual energy flowing through my dreads and out into my music, they really help me to connect with the earth mother spirit and share my experience with others.

I'm Brandi. I'm 21. I live in Orlando, FL along with Micky Mouse. He's totally my next door neighbor.
I like music and bright colors, video games, geometrical shapes, and sleeping. I don't really define myself as a 'hippie' but I'm a tree-hugging eco-concious bleeding heart type. I'm a girly-girl when it comes to makeup & my nails. I'd pretty much define my religious affiliation as 'some sort of spiritual mish-mash of things.'
I go to Full Sail University, I'm gonna be a digital artist of some sort when I grow up. My career goals include happiness and not going home feeling like shit. I especially aim towards not wanting to slaughter my co-workers and/or boss.

I'm trying to decide if dreading is the way to go and I am the current owner of one brand-new backcombed beauty. I'm still trying to get over the fact that there's a rather long knot in my hair [which, while strait, is a bit longer than bra-strap length]. We'll see how this goes. I've had "natural" hair for awhile. I stopped using SLS & silicone & I only use natural stuff.

I currently have two jobs, one I hate and one I wish was better. I live with my Lover Bean in our loverly apartment with our puppy. She's cute.


Oh, I also like to talk a lot.

about 2 month old dreads, twist and rip, I have tortured them & have had some down falls with them.
hated backcombing.

Right on welcome. I'm curious how your job will take your dreads, are you working at a hospital? I used to work at a hospital and I didn't even have dreads just messy hair and I got a talking to.
