Why are headshops allowed to sell devices in the aid of smoking and the stuff not be legal in the USA? Screw the "only for tobacco use" signs. Everyone knows what it's all for.
They haven't stopped the selling of things they don't want sold. Why would we worry about not having what the headshops sell?
I have a hard time believing Australia is that lenient.. and I don't believe you can grow two plants in Germany. But then again, I know neither of those country's drug laws extensively.
One state in America is about to become the first place in the world to fully legalize marijuana, suck on it world.

Throughout the Netherlands cannabis is still illegal, however possesion of up to 5 grams of "soft drugs" is tolerated, and coffee shops can *legally* carry up to 500 grams of cannabis at any time (although most of them don't give a fuck ).
