So the intelligent city I live in decided to repave about 5 streets all at once, in the middle of the day. Knowing that the bus I take to my job was going to be detoured on account of the road work, I called my friend and had him go online for me so I could find out where I had to catch the bus. The official NJ Transit website stated that the buses would be running along the same street as usual, but would be turning onto it much later. (Instead of turning onto Summit Avenue at 8th Street, they would be turning onto Summit Avenue at 14th Street.) Not a problem. I walked there and waited. This was at precisely 1:04pm. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 1:17, so I had time and figured it would be late because the detour and traffic, blah blah blah. It never came. I had to call out of work, sat in 93 degree weather on a curb until 3:00. 2 fucking hours! Fuck you, NJ Transit. You raise your fucking fares, your buses are disgusting, they break down in the wintertime, you only have about 3 drivers that are punctual. I've called and complained to your corporate offices, but you just don't care. You don't care that you made me and everyone else at that stop have to miss work. Valuable money that all of us standing out there needed to make today means nothing to you. You don't care. You've got us all by the balls, knowing that you're the only way we can get to where we're going, a cab is expensive as hell and there's no train there. You suck so much. I really need to make as much money as possible, I've got medical bills that need to be paid, I need every cent and thanks to you, I lost out on $75 today. Not much, but it's more than nothing. Fuck you, NJ Transit, FUCK YOU.

Come th Phoenix AZ . I drive most of the time , a few times I have ridden a buss to a self service auto wrecking yard . Try caring a bag of tools and a fuel pump wraped in plactic bags on a buss .. The buses are nice , the stops are around 1/2 mile apart , so you haft to walk some , and a all day pass is about $3.50 ( at Frys in advance ) They have a light rail that bangs in to a car on ocassion in the east valley . desert rat
The only problem with a strike rite now is so many people are out of work . Many people will cross a picket line and work for whatever than can get . A labor union at a local grocery store said thay were going on strike . The store hired some non union people , there was no strike , they would have just been walking away from there jobs . desert rat
Pittsburgh PAT left hundreds of people stranded when they celebrated the Steelers lol superbowl win, many of the people elderly.. neither pat or the steelers apologized for the inconvenience .. I really couldnt care anyways. These entities have a mind of their own, they do what they want... I have my own cars..
