I am pretty sure its still legal in Mexico although in the past few years the price has skyrocketed and restrictions have been put on aquiring because of its surge in popularity as a recreational drug. India is another country its legal in.

I'm not certain about any of that but tis what I've read.

K is legal in the US, you just gotta rob a veterinary(or know one) If its the chloride $80 is a rip. If your gonna do it shoot it, put yourself in a K hole. Your just gonna be on your ass anyways. I prefer uppers personally so count me out

 

Do ketamine if you find a lower price. I love it but I dunno, I get it cheap and wouldn't ever think about paying $80 for a gram or tab or whatever of anything.
