I agree. If you don't get it out of your system, as irresponsible as it sounds, you will probably end up clubbing and acting on your 'younger impulses' when you're both regrettable and middle aged. You don't want to be the mum at the disco, trust me.

 

Its so awesome how everyone is always so different from everyone else. We are all just oh so special.
And by the way, most 22 year olds I know aren't into parties and getting wasted AT ALL, so there's really nothing wrong with you, don't be insecure.

I highly doubt that. I grew up in a bar and I've seen some pretty messed up stuff happen to people that drink. Someone walked into the Mississippi, a friend ran over a child while drunk driving, I know a person who is paralyzed from the waist down for drinking and driving. I'm not about to take those kind of risks just for a buzz. I don't need to be high or drunk to have fun.

 

i know people who died when they were completely sober...

there's absolutely nothing wrong with not drinking or doing drugs, but only if that's what you want to do, rather than a knee-jerk reaction to some random things that happened to other people when they happened to be using a substance.

nobody needs to be drunk or high to have fun. it's interesting how the only people who seem to equate the two are the people who don't use any substances whatsoever...
