How strong does acid get?

In you can relate to dosage that would be great

 

do you mean like blotter? ive heard of 400ug blots existing

average blotter is 100-200ug

 

id like to take a very very very high dose when im on my death bed up in the lethal dose area

The effects from lower doses obviously appear in higher doses and even vice versa if set and setting is right, also I did not cover all possible effects but this is about what I've gathered.

Where did you find that figure for LD50 for LSD? There is no known LD50 for LSD in humans.

 

i think PB_Smith or someone recently posted a case (from Erowid i think) that documented liver toxicity in a guy who took a 320,000 mcg (yep, dude took 320 mgs of acid) dose.

GB's chart listing effects is right on the money. Most doses are reported as 100 mcg, but very few actually are. Most modern young people do not know what a real 100 mcg trip is. They'd be surprised and would say, "Holy shit, i would have called that 200 or 250!" Hoffman got has ASS kicked and had all the classic effects, including ego death at 250 mcgs.

It was easier to get stronger doses in the past. In particular, in the early days of recreational acid usage, the 1960's, the doses coming out of like Owsley's and Sand's labs were really strong. My husband was dosed by Owsley himself at a party and all he remembers is this insane little guy, "Coming at me with a paperclip!"

Before the Pickard bust, there was some really sweet acid coming out in the 1980's. There were occasionally boutique (small volume, high quality) labs, especially in the bay area (nostalgic sigh) that would lay down thick (the paper was thick) doses upwards of 1 mg (1000 mcgs) each. My husband and i would take quarter hits and trip face with the most amazing visuals all day long.


Anyway, today's modern doses are weak. And even when middle men get weak acid, they will sometimes dilute it even more to maximize profits. Also, dealers like repeat customers and they are more likely to get them with a product that yields happiness and euphoria rather than world shattering insights and revelations.

 

spicey cat that was right on with the dealers today. but sometimes if you have the right friends you can get good quality doses but today most doses you need at least 2 but sometimes ive gotten lucky with only needing 1 to trip face

In the first effects of acid, you begin to realize you are higher then you have ever been before, like the strongest pot high you ever had. And that is the beginning of the trip!

Very unfortunate. You ate a ten strip and nothing happened? That's the name of the game sometimes though.

 

ya sucks espically since theres good acid going around but 15 a hit this was 90 for the strip not to shabby an pissed it away sucks cause the kid sold it to me while on the clock at his job i gave him a chance to refund me cause he knew it was bunk said no refunds. well his manager will be gettin a call from a concerned customer very soon.

 

Bummer dude and LOL about the Manager. Definately sounds bunk or ultra-weak. A 10-strip of my weakest acid NAILS me in place for hours. There is never any question about having taken a colossal dose. i don't even want to think about a 10-strip of the strongest . . .

Unless of course you had tolerance or even cross-tolerance. Then all bets are off . . .
