Where I work - IN AN OFFICE! Went to the storeroom one morning to get a jug of water. On the way in tripped on some plastic, which caught my foot and I went down fairly softly, but it twisted my leg causing a spiral fracture in the Tibia (the weight bearing bone). Took more than a year to get back to normal. My advice - If you are going to break a bone, do it before you are 60. :wheelchair:
Good advice! Think I'll go drink a carton of milk right now ... ... and for older men Speak for yourself, honey! .. LOL
I am rather fond of long gray hair!..... But I need my tri-focals to focus on it..... I do excersize a lot, hike 3-5 miles a day with my dogs, 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups a day and lift some weights besides working around the farm. Ahhhhh, I think the old gray mare is out in the barn as we speak!.....;-)
LOL ... myself, I refuse to use bi-focals or tri-focals or any other kind of "focals". I do have my reading glasses, but don't need them for normal things. Good for you! Don't leave her out there too long. She might find herself another stallion
