They will take #1, 2 4, 5 and 6... but my area only collects the #1 plastic that had a screw on top, like water bottles, and no other #1 like the clam shells cookies come in.

yeah! what ever happened to bringing a basket to market to carry home your goods? plastic bags are just weird! but you can make this disturbingly cool costume from a shit load of them!

 

id say about 30-40% here are using these things...I have a few but usually forget to bring them

The toilet paper we use in my household was all stolen from public toilets. My dad will do anything to save a buck, ha.

 

bioplastic - you can make something identical out of sugarcane. To me, it's rendered the plastic industry almost pointless- it's exactly the same.

 

The idea is stupid though. Next they'll be replacing the shit roll with quilted leaves.
