Thinking of getting a class Carbon filter for my bong,
the basic science behind it makes them sound cool - because of activated charcoals high surface area the smoke passes through and a significant ammount of toxins are removed at a molecular level.

The only thing is, I usually smoke chop (weed and tobacco chopped very finely with scissors in a shot glass) and im worried the carbon will trap my nicotine lol

    any opinions on carbon filters?

carbon filters are really just another step to keeping your tube clean... so you dont have to pull out your formula 420 or whatever you use to clean your bong daily... that's my gist on them... and the carbon wont trap the nicotine.. carbon is in cigarette filters
