Haha, yeah, Daniel's name is on the insurance policy for our car because he's over 25 and it's cheaper for him. The hilarious joke of it? He doesn't even have a license. Hahahaha. We also have uninsured motorist protection on there, so I'm good if I get wild and smash someone. Haha.

 

uninsured protection usually just covers your damage if you are hit by someone else that is uninsured (and they need to be identified..hit and run doesnt count because your insurance will sue them for recovery)

 

No...it's not full coverage, it's just liability. It only protects other people's cars. We're fucked if we get in a wreck and are found at fault.

I would recommend that instead you rejoice in paying a higher premium.

If your premium is reduced it is a short term gain as when they leave and take the car your whole investment is a goner.

Insurance people will say it's all just based on statistics. But, it's also the categories that they divide people into when evaluating statistics. People are willing to accept certain categories, but not others.

Car insurance is just ridiculous. it is too expensive for me to afford to get a new car after my car accident which WASNT even my fault.
