I started some therapy, man it really helps. instead of worrying about and getting depressed about stuff and bottling it up inside and covering it up with all kinds of drugs, the simple act of just talking to someone about it does so much better. you get it out, like a weight is off your shoulder feels good, you get a new perspective on things, and a more positive way to look at stuff... i think it is great. i think everyone should take some therapy. i didn't think it before hand i thought it was just some bs but it is good for people. heck just talking to someone in general about stuff is good. like your friends or family can make you feel way better.
