So hold on, I tried reading the last few posts but I'm severly hungover, but what I've gotten from this is that white people aren't supposed to say the word nappy...? I say it all the time and have had no problems. I have a white and Dominican friend that are both going through the dreading process. On a daily basis il make comments like, "look at your nappy headed ass, what are scared of combs!" That's offensive? Usually we just laugh and they make some comment back... Maybe some people just take things way too seriously. If this is way off topic, sorry, blame it on the peppermint schnapps. Hot damn!
Nappy nappy nappy, my hair is nappy. I have always used that word to describe my hair, and I always will. I'm not calling anyone else's hair nappy; I am referring to my own hair. And who gives a flying f*ck what race I am? I have no idea what part of which ancestors' DNA gave me my nappy hair, and I don't actually care. It seems like you're the only one here who cares about that. Even when I used conditioner, my hair was still nappy, and I always drink tons of water. Thanks so much for your help . . especially in swerving this thread's topic into oblivion.
tie it back in a toight confuzzled bun type thing with no ends pointing out man then just feed those babies with the fruit ofthe sun& your nappyness will be complete
I think it was agreed uppon that it may not be all that bad, but where she lives it is used in a bad way like ******. Where i lived growing up it was used more as play and a term of enderment. So if you live in a place where it is a bad thing you shouldnt say it its not nice.
