Question about making butter

I was trying to make hash, and the thing failed. The trichtomes didn't seperate, so I have this bowl of weed infused water and I don't know what to do with it. Could I use this to make butter? Would the THC still stick to the fat if it won't seperate by itself?

 

the trichomes will adhear to the fat, however, at this point I am not sure about the quality of the trichomes in the water, good luck

 

put a couple of sticks of butter (or whatever amount you think is best) in the water and heat it up on the stove for a good half hour or more. then let it cool - the butter will harden - and you can separate it out. it should work just fine. i wouldnt worry about the quality of the trichomes.

It's not too late, just pour the water and bud into a pot, add a few sticks of butter and simmer it for a bit. When you're done pour it all into a plastic container and put it in the freezer. The water will seperate from the butter and freeze, pull the block out and scrape the butter off the ice, ditch the ice, the butter will have absorbed the THC. I've done this plenty of times..
