Hey everyone! i gotta question, i recently joined up with my school track team for shotput and wut not, but i am a wee bit of a stoner, do u guys think that smoking weed will affect my performance? We usually just run like a lap around the track, and then work out the rest of the practice with some push ups here an there, but i want to make shure that bud wont slow me down! i dont want 2 stop, but am at a loss. What do u guys think?

Keep smoking, I would'nt worry about it. Exercise is pretty fun high, especially running. Hopefully you'll get a runner's high to top off that bowl[IMG]

Absolutley Not. I tried soccer this year and we had preseason practices during the summer. I had been smoking nearly ever day that summer and during the preseason practices we had to run 5 miles and then have a 2 hour practice right after it. I did it along with 10 other kids who consistantly smoke and we had no problems except for when someone would come in hungover which is a different story. Just one lap will be no problem though.

The only thing that would affect your performance is if your lungs are jacked from toking.

haha I throw shot put for track and play football and i smoke all the time. one lap isnt shit...all but 4 people on our entire football team toke so i wouldnt sweat it. When you throw all you do is run a little and thats not hard.

ya i used to skate in high school and i was the only one at the time who was able to ollie of this fuckin high up ledge and i wide 7 set . i came close to landing the 7 set but i lost balance and cut my hand up on glass. i also used to made up my own tricks plus i did alot of cool old school tricks. anyway i grew out of skating but i still play guitar and snowboard.
i dont know but skating justb isnt for me anymore it happens but i had fun in my day. wake up smoke a joint grab my weed and skateboard go to school skip classes to smoke and skate with friends go home eat pre-roll doobs and head to the skatepark for the night. dam those were the days. anyway weed and exercise is ok but when you smoke cigarettes and weed exercise will knock you out.
