What hippies goals is ?

I am from Danmark, and i am doing my project about hippies. I have to find out:

What are the hippies´s life goals ?

best way to learn about hippies is to be amongst them. Hands on is better than any book, brother!

Do you mean individual goals, or the goals of the hippie movement?

 

Personally mine is to get on Sesamie Street talking about the number 5. To each his own though.

To state the goals of "hippies" is a very difficult thing. Actually goals are very much not on the hippie radar. Generally the concern is the "now". There are some common ideals - Peace among all people and groups, Love for our compatriots - actually everyone, a distaste for violence toward any living creature, the belief that people are more important than things - things ensnare you in a greedy world.
But goals - not so much.

 

my goal 2day was 2 be high...i met my goal!!!

 

spread love, be yourself, define yourself, be in harmony with nature and spirit, have fun and return to the roots/go into the future, make awesome art, new things, feel good, imo
live a fulfiling love, spread love and peace peace and love, be selfless, but let your heart shine through your own gift, live in the moment, sincerity, philosophy

 

hippies just wanna enjoy the goodness of existence and make it better, restore awareness and like.. hipness of how it actually is

and world peace

and relax inner peace too

 

my personal goals are to write and produce a mixed media artistic presentation (a fancy way for saying, a musical with a band playing a concept album throughout while using artistic forms such as film, paint, and other elements to move the story along), begin a local underground newspaper, make some trippy ass music playing the keys while my best friend plays the drums, hike the AT, film a documentary about my friends' band, follow them around on tour for a while, learn to rock climb, get some short stories and poetry published, maybe write a novel one day, hike the mountains to sea trail, start a little business by selling homemade cleaning products and soap, write a kids book with my friend illustrating, design and make my own clothes, and somewhere in the middle of that have a baby and become the ultimate earth mother...i'm ambitious

as far as group goals..I imagine all hippies as a whole just want to make the world a better place when they leave than it was when they entered.

 

My goal is to change with the world on to create a better living for us humans. And nature I want all the human race to care about nature because money won't be able to buy us another earth or another ocean come people think about it. When shit hits the fan money won't be worth shit.

 

As a generality, its to help leave this world a little bit better than when I came into it.

 

Maybe it's not the goals that set so-called hippies apart from the herd- but the means by which those goals are attained.

 

I think the hippies had their own goals, not the goals that society tries forcing on our youth. Hippies can think for themselves, a nightmare to any burearocrat.

I agree! We must save the earth because it won't last forever and if we don't take care of it, it will be gone before we know it
