Looking for who all is willing to be paid fronter guards (in other words, fake guards that can scare off bad guys). Tasks include: Being on call. Carrying paintball guns. Wearing dark shades. Wearing life vests. Wearing army colored bandanas. Walking, Running, Standing, Sitting, Swimming, Driving. Making citizens arrests till the real cops come if needed. Talking over walkie talkies. The pay? You'd be making $23 dollars worth in food for 3 hour shifts a week. You must buy own gear. This job is not for making a decent living, but is to support any type of minor habbit you may have. You smoke? You drink? Then this may be all you need to support those habbits. You can in tun take the food and sell it for more which should get you well enough to further support any habbit you got. Food includes smokes, drinks, also.

I think it means you are protecting some sort of drug dealers and they feed you and keep you high. No normal person is accepting this job unless theya re really bad off.
