Blue Silk Bath Salt

So a friend of mine introduced me to blue silk a couple of days ago. It was an enjoyable experience and I would like to do it again, but I want to be safe about using it. I researched it and found that mephedrone was the key ingredient (correct me if I'm wrong) and I researched that. But the best way to know about it is to ask those who have done it. And I read you can overdose. So, here are my main concerns. 1. How much can I safely take in a day? At one time? 2. How do I measure how much I'm taking in? 3. How frequently can it be safely taken?

My friend goes sometimes through a 500mg bag in 2 day...and as of tonight I almost have too. I'm new to this and want to be informed before I go buy anymore. So please share any useful info like how your experience was, how long you have been doing it, and anything else you would like to share.

 

1) I'm not too sure about safety in a day/dose.

2) You can measure how much you're taking in with a milligram scale. Simply place your powder on the scale and consume it - voila - you have consumed as much as you just scaled.

3) I would probably take it at max once a month if I even considered taking it.. from what I know it leads to some pretty nasty effects in some people, which I would just attribute to the fact that they do it often, don't get enough sleep, get paranoid etc etc. You can overdose, yes, and as this poor lad did you can rip your own scrotum clean off:

The kid in that story was having hallucinations for 18 hours.. probably wasn't the first time he did it.

 

1) i would absolutely not venture past a gram in a day. (my max in a day is about 600 mgs and I paid for it the following day) 200 mgs at one time is a solid dose, 300 mgs is about where I would top off at a single dose. (My max is 250 mgs for a single dose)

2) Buy a milligram scale to measure it, it will come in handy for other drugs if you stop doing mephedrone.

3) I'd probably try and limit use to once every other weekend max. Using it even more sparingly like once a month like cannibisoul mentioned would probably be preferred.

Now that I lost my MDMA connect ive been looking into mephedrone again. Quality drug for sure just don't be reckless with it and mix it with a bunch of other crap or take ridiculous doses.

 

1. None. Taking drugs isn't safe, especially research chemicals. People have safely taken a gram a day though. Personally, I think the danger increases dramatically after 4-5 doses.

2. This is a weird question. I'm guessing since you don't use drugs often that you don't have a scale. Get one, or use a water measurement. (UTFSE)

3. Mephedrone has a metabolite that like to constrict your blood vessels. It also makes your heart beat faster, which puts more pressure on your heart plus makes it kick into overdrive. Which is bad for your cardio system and will enlarge your heart over time. Lots of stims do this though.

I do one thing that works really well. I listen to my body. If it "feels" like its bad for you, it probably is. Which is why I like erowids saying best. "Know your body, know your mind, know your substance"

I have heard...from a close friend...that it is actually very enjoyable. So enjoyable, in fact, that I was very surprised to find out it is legal. It makes a person talkative and social and also hyper. It is great if you want to clean your house. My...friend...noticed no ill effects as it wore off except for a bit of sleepiness.

 

Someone whom I'll call SWIM (someone who isn't me), tried Blue Silk and said it was terrific, and is sorry he didn't buy more at the time, because it is getting really hard to find and looks like it might be banned soon.

 

seems like they are pushing to ban "bath salts" in NY state. i've seen people posting about it on FB. the consensus seems to be something like "oh stupid little kids huffing bath salts" i don't think most people realize that they are potent RC stimulants under the guise of bath salt. pretty much like selling meth as plant food. i'm not one to condone the scheduling of drugs, but the misrepresentation of them is no good for the "scene"

This whole thing has turned into a big mess. Yes, there are people trying to get it banned. It was recently banned in FL and from what I read, the attorney general did it partly because it makes people think they can fly..and with Spring Break coming up, they had to act quickly because there are a lot of balconies in Florida. If THAT was not weird enough, it also reportedly gave a man super-human strength and required 7 deputies to wrestle him into the back of a patrol car, where he proceeded to CHEW UP THE UPHOLSTERY.
My friend who did the blue silk did not experience these very unusual effects. I was just wondering if anyone here had experienced a severe reaction. So far, the only people I have asked tell me that elevated heart rate and blood pressure along with occasional insomnia are about all the negative effects they experienced. They also tell me they took no more than 250mg in a day.

I personally know the women in this article and I know that she was also doing meth although that's not in the article. It's the only thing I have heard of people acting crazy. But yeah, mixing drugs, not a good idea.

 

Don't buy into this propaganda shit, there was a story in the UK about a guy ripping his scrotum off and it turned out to be 100 % complete fabricated bullshit.

 

I have seen my step brother and his girlfriend lose their minds on MDPV. She would sit for hours on end staring at her phone. One day she found a text message from months ago that she made to my step bro and was convinced that he was using her phone to talk to another chick and went psycho. Throwing shit, kicking his ass, ect. She is normally a very quiet mild tempered person. My step brother became delusional and had hallucinations and would talk to himself and became very paranoid. They used it everyday though. It was very irresponsible.

 

No one was hurt in that story linked, its probably a bit exaggerative. I went through 900 mgs of mdpv in less than a week so trust me I know the shit ain't good. But this same buying into scare stories and propaganda is repeating the history of marijuana, LSD and Ecstasy all over again...

 

Yeah, News media loves hyping up BS drama. I don't watch a lot of it because it's so freakin ridiculous. Very ignorant and it's terrible that people buy into it. People are addicted to drama. With the huge explosion of 'Reality TV' and shows like Nancy Grace people have a very screwed up grasp on true reality. They eat up that shit. My guilty pleasure is celeb tabloids though. They are just too funny sometimes.
