I had a pipe in my backpack and iwas talking to my friend about smokin and he said he had some bud in his car. so we went to his car and left the school and went to a park. We smoked a nice fatty bowl and came back we were both kinda high. we went in to go sign in cause we were tardy and while we were signing in the two hallmonitors at the table said some one "smelt" so they took our backpacks and told us to empty our pockets in to them. Then they took us to the deans office and they asked me if i had anything in my backpack they should know about before they searched it and i said yeah and i took out my pipe and gave it to them. They call the cop up to the office and he told them to just take care of it because it was just possession with paraphernalia. So my mom came in and they told her they were sending me to behaivor school for 9 weeks before i was allowed back at my school and 6 hours of drug abuse classes.And for now im just suspendid till im enrolled in to behaivor school. ithink thats to much for just have paraphernalia.
It's kinda retarded to take that shit to school anyway...but sorry you got busted, that sucks. At least the punishment's not all that harsh. My friend's younger sister got busted at school when we were kids because my friend had left seeds and stems in her ashtray when he had borrowed the car the night before. He even went to the office and told them it was his, she still got like two months in what they call "AEP" (alternative education placement), pretty much solitary confinement at school. And it kept her from being able to do a lot of things, you can't be involved in a lot of the extracurriculars if you get AEP. But still, maybe you guys ought to at least just keep that stuff in the car. Unless they bring drug dogs pretty often and they even search the parking lot. At my school...you just didn't bring that shit to school at all.

Sorry but you kinda put yourself in this position.... it's a little like people carrying drugs in their car and getting themselves pulled over on a moving violation then getting busted for the drugs. Your decision to have the session with your buddy that made you late- that made it difficult to hide in the crowd- that made it easy to figure out where the smell was coming from... you may just as well have donned a shirt that read "bust me".
I don't have to tell you your first mistake was being tardy, but damn the punishment sure doesn't seem to fit the crime. There is no way I would make it in school these days. We used to get high right on the campus, there was a big tree at he far end of the grounds and we'd all gather at lunch and get baked. We had a little short chubby resource officer and bless her heart she would come looking for us everyday but we could see her coming and we would all scatter, I don't recall her ever catching anyone. I guess it never occured to her to get there before us and stop it before it started. Pay attention in those drug abuse classes, you might learn something, like not to be tardy when your getting high before school.
What is the point of school if you are just going to get high? What is the point of getting high if you have to go to school?
i'm guilty of some of the same dumb shit. i used to get high before school and during school, in the bathroom. did it often enough to eventually get busted, but not quite red-handed. i had thrown a roach in an automatic flushing toilet that wouldn't flush. i hurried out of the bathroom as a random kid was walking in. followed by a teacher, who fished the roach out of the toilet! he tracked me down in my next class (band) and took me to the office. by then i had given my lighter/weed, etc to a buddy. i got to the office and they searched me, and found rolling papers in my wallet. fuck. but i kept denying, denying, denying. my parents had to come in and i left like an hour early that day, and got kicked off the tennis team (for tobacco product). but that's it. ...then i graduated salutatorianimp:
my kid has been 'caught' at least 12 times..as recent as last thursday....here its a warning or short suspension unless you are caught red handed with the drugs in FULL sight
Well thats pretty stupid you should of just ran off and hidden the pipe or whatever first seems like u would of gotten in less trouble, they werent cops in the first place
most people get fucked over by average citizens/faculty/security guards because their so high their misled into thinking they have jurisdiction at that moment. stupid kids
I was fucked up everyday when I was in school. I would smoke before, and outside school, and in the bathrooms, I would also get fucked up on just about every drug you can think of in school, except for psychedelics. I never got caught with actual drugs, but they sure knew I was under the influence. I failed just about all my classes and dropped out. Dont have a single regret.
