more fun planting veggee seeds in the garden...

    It was a long hot summer down here. Yesterday I planted some veggee
    seeds in the garden....

    But..it's getting cold. I dont know much about gardening though.

    getting cold? Fall is here! Tennessee is way north of me...
    I'm in Florida...way south! Our garden veggees are going
    into the ground now...Unless your way south Florida...

    chances are these days some sort of relative lives down here.
    Warm winters and malls beaches....I'd head out to a commune
    if their were'nt so many darn buzzards along the highways these
    days!!!! I'm ready for what ever comes or goes.....

    In my part of the world, although the winter is setting in but we have nice turnips, carrots, raddish and spinach growing in our kitchen garden.

    Here in Florida, our growing season in going on now. My seedlings are growing strong.
    greens and some root veggees- with another 90 days to grow!!!

    I'm done planting seeds and (tulip) bulbs for this year...now, if everything goes right I'll not only have an "empty" beautiful garden, re-modeled by the crafty folks I found via http://www.myhammer.com but one that will hopefully have all kinds of colours.

    In many parts of the country, cold frames will allow you to grow winter vegetables under glass with no heat other than the sun and the natural insulation of the earth.
