Swedes Issue Warrant for Julian Assange's Arrest

    Hopefully the truth will surface eventually, many seem to agree that Julian Assange is the victim of a smear campaign. Now Swedish prosecutors are going to seek an international arrest warrant for the founder of WikiLeaks, claiming he raped two women.

    His Swedish Lawyer, Bjorn Hurtig, says that the evidence presented by prosecutors was 'very meager' and 'it's not enough to get him convicted for crime.'

    I think that everyone that loves and values freedom should open their hearts and their homes to Julian.

    My place is small, and pretty much a dump. But if he comes here he's welcome to stay. No charge.

    Founder of WikiLeaks. Very suspicious that just after he released all those classified US documents on Iraq that he is suddenly wanted in a rape case.
    If you cross the government they are going to try to make you pay.

    I feel little hypocritical thinking complete shit of Favre and then naturally siding with Julian in this situation. It very well could be a smear campaign, anything to discredit this powerful form of justice. I think maybe even if he raped two women, which I kinda doubt, he gets an honorable pardon from me for what is groundbreaking reporting of the truth.

    It is very likely a smear campaign -- but it's not like we really know one way or the other.

    Favre is a ball player. Julian is, in my opinion, a hero.
    Think of Vietnam. What if someone like him back then?

    I mean, come on man, we're talking about fucking war crimes here. You know, kinda like that one army sgt. that went into an Iraqi home and raped an 11 year old girl, and then shot her family to shut them up and then burned their bodies. He's one. How many more are there?

    And what if we CAN stop these war crimes? Hey, we fight the enemy for a reason. And I promise you, it's not so we can go rape their kids.

    He's damn lucky I wasn't there. If I was I assure you the Iraqis would have their day with him.
