Well, there is a way to hide your erection, but lets just hope she doesn't happen to pull up your shirt. You can pull your penis up to where the head is sticking out over the top of your jeans. However, I wouldn't recommend this, as it's "risky". I think a better approach would be to masturbate before or during seeing her.
