Where is the best place to buy TOR? Is it worth the money? I want to have added security. Does anybody know? I'm also looking for a contact on SOS.

If by TOR your referring to Tor project, the anonymous web browser, then tor-project.org I believe. It's free.

(If you want it to work fully, you should also use the Tor Button firefox plugin. [also free])

FREE SECURITY, stupid government/people that want your money.

For the good of all, the best.

    Use it.

Heard SOS is the new UD. It's good? Haven't used it.

One caveat...if you use Tor on HF, you will likely get a bunch of "You IP has been banned." Once you get a new IP (every few minutes) you might get in.
Other sites like bluelight will not let you register with any Tor IP.

That's because people use if for spamming and Skip etc. have to ban the IP to stop the spamming so the person doesn't keep registering and posting more spam (or other bad stuff.)

It's a pain, but I don't know what might be a good alternative for blocking abusers who use Tor. Tor has info for people who run sites on why blocking IPs isn't the best way to fight spam, but it's easiest thing to do it in some cases....and I don't think Skip will budge on this.

Most places have most current Tor IP's banned, basically you can count on most things that have anything shady/illegal/grey or anything that involves people talking with other people (forums, image boards, social networking sites, ect..) to have Tor IP's banned.

I hate how slow TOR is. It Needs to be faster... Someone explain how VPN can be similar security to TOR without being slow.
