At least once a day my internet and cable goes out for like 5-10 minutes. Just now I was in the middle of doing an assignment for my humanities class and the fucking internet went out, now I have to start all over again
jingle bells Comcast smells.. hope santa gets my wish.. the service sucks.. the bills to much.. ima a get a fucking Dish.. I made that up yesterday at my friends house...
my internet did that when I had cable I told them to shove it and now it goes through the telephone line instead
Ok, I know that. I use a prepaid card to pay all my bills. I only put on just enough $ to pay my shit. I was considering getting a dish, but it goes out a lot as well. When I first moved in the dish was still hooked up and every time it rained it would act up. I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't:frown:
That's the rain fade thing, some funky absorption of the microwaves by the water stuff. You can get around that with a bigger dish. Pointing the dish as good as possible helps also. .
Some DSL isn't reliable either. Much like some cable internet, they ration the bandwidth and outages can happen during peak hours. .
Cable/Sat/U-verse << itunes so no time hustles me on when to watch. Digital T.V. is great due to RTV. Internet? Ha, wi-fi is free. Why anyone paying these days beats me.
because were not all located within the coverage areas of free wi-fi a lot of us are in very rural areas and are lucky to even get cable/dsl
Well relocate if you really think internet is worth maintaining. Cut your loses or dead weight. Just my advice.
my go anywhere broadband isnt go anywhere at all...... if I dont pay the bill.. which is $60.00 a month, my bill is paid one month ahead by accident. I had purchased a new computer and while downloading the virus package I downloaded it 17times, cause it was a weekend and the billing offices isnt open, when it did open. it billed me 17 times for the virus package..
Comcast in Miami is HORRIBLE. I used to have the same problems when I used them. My roommate called customer service one time and they called her a bitch. I encourage all my friends who live in South Florida to use a different service.
Wifi is not free around here where I live. Also you don't get a good constant signal and I take college classes online so that doesn't work for me. Also, I can't get U-Verse where I live because my apartment building isn't wired for it. Regular AT&T's internet sucks. they only have 6 mb I need 10 because we have three computers running off one internet account. I guess my only other option would be satellite, so I will just have to deal with shitty comcast.
Yeah but the bad part is your only options here are At&t (which most apartment building here are not wired for it) or Comcast.
