felt nothing

my friend gave me quite a bit of salvia and it smells kinda like tea and i dont know what else, but i smoked it twice today out of a pipe with a torch lighter and felt absolutely nothing. but after i smoked it the 2nd time i did spice too and it was really intense but i haven't had any effects smoking just salvia by itself.. ?? i know it wasn't a strong one, like 40x or anything but i thought id at least feel some kind of a head change haa

 

Maybe you're doing it wrong? Did you hold the hit in as long as you could?

40x of real salvia is very strong. You either got bunk leaf or smoking technique.

Smoke it out of a bong/bubbler and keep the lighter on the entire time you are inhaling, also put some weed or some type of herb on the bottom to clog the stem hole so the salvia doesnt fall through when lit. Don't pass the piece around either hit it twice in a row you should be good. Hold your smoke in like 15 seconds.

 

i said it was not 40x haha.. if it was i would be very disappointed! No, the one i got is probably just weak.. but even so, i expected to feel somethin' thanks for the tips though

 

A couple hits of 5x even should for sure give you a head change.

I have. I didn't much care for it. Not my cup of tea. Insane, crazy, intense...yes. But that's about all I got out of it. I wouldn't do it again. Well maybe I would, but probably not.

 

i want the insane crazy intense!! haha but im kinda scared cause last time i did shrooms i freaked out it was a bad sad trip but that was before i knew about mood and setting.

 

The only good thing about salvia is it's short duration. And it's legal and very easy to obtain. It's a bitch to actually breakthrough. I don't think the leafs will be enough to do it, sorry.

 

Thats cool, I definitely respect it alot. Makes me sad when psych users say it blows or shit and stuff but the fact it makes serious psychchedelic users feel that way makes me hold that much more respect for it.

I think I enjoy DMT a bit more but they both provide very mindblowing experiences for me.

 

I find it pretty easy to breakthrough on 10x, 2 solid hits. 20x should definitely be enough to break through.

The standardized extract some places sell online is far superior quality to alot of the headshop stuff ime but some headshop stuff works fine.

 

I respect the hell out of it. Im actually kind of scared of it. I think I'd rather eat a 10 strip then go there again.
