The 19 year old kid is paraded in front of a judge.

This young child of God, HUMAN<, will for now and for the rest of time be in a cage, inside of a concrete building, inside of barbwired fencing, surrounded by men with assault rifles.

From my understanding, they intercepted communications of him trying to plan something, and continued on with the scenario -- not entrapment if he was already planning to do it.

Same as if one were trying to buy drugs/sex from an undercover.
