Ive already completed about 15 credit hours worth of classes, about a year ago. I haven't enrolled in any other classes, save for a CNA program I just finished.

I really need to relocate, preferably out of state. I live in Texas, and would like to have a change in scenery, both environment and social.

Would those credits transfer to another community college in say, Portland?

    Thanks

    It depends on the school.
It's most likely though. You'll have to call them and research it before making any final decisions.

you'd have to ask the individual school, but in most cases, especially general ed. classes transfer.
