Perhaps the forums were holding you back from losing weight? Ok or maybe not in your case, but it's sure as hell easy to just hang around the forums for a couple hours when you should be out in the sun, taking a walk or exercising. How much are you wanting to lose?
I can't lose weight...unless I take a medication that attempts to balance out my hormonal levels...HOWEVER...when I take that medication, it allows me to lose weight and makes me crazy in the process...So I'd rather be fat and sane...I am healthy though... Holly
Congratulations!!! Losing weight is hard. I was at a block for the longest time. Just this past summer I lost a few pounds. It felt great because I had been trying. I changed a lot of my eating habits and added Omega 3's to my diet.
I lost thirty pounds and then hit a road block where I wasn't sleeping well and was too tired to make it to the gym.

last I checked..id like to lose 30-40 lbs...but to be honest I dont care a lot about the number on the scale..Its the number on my jeans I dont like. and Iadmit, Im not going about losing it the healthiest way, but its the only way that works for me without meds so Ill keep at it til Ive reached my goal.
