Should my friend so acid?

One of my friends, not the one i will be doing acid with, wants to do acid with us. We are hesitant because we dont think it will do anything for him, mentally. He seems to only wanna do that and other things to fuck his mind and act dumb, he doesn't think for himself, idk if we should let him or not, cause we think he has a false impression and only wants to cause we are. If anyone can gimme help with this, whether we should let him or not please let me know
