I like swimming in the waves and getting all bounced around. Kayaking in waves makes me high too, as does rock climbing. :)

Simply sitting by a secluded river or stream helps with meditation purposes for me. I love sitting under this bridge not too far from my house and listen to the water ripple through the rocks. Sitting in a tree was fun when I could climb trees. Sometimes sitting in a park, but have to be in the right mood. That's only relaxing things tho.

focusing on a tree. trees are really amazing organisms and humans could learn a lot from them. they possess an infinite knowledge of patience, acceptance, and stillness. Focusing on a tree takes my mind from 100 to zero within seconds.

    Randonnée. Walking/meandering/exploring/discovering/running/strolling/hiking/snow shoeing.

Just me and my feet. I love finding a new tree to climb, a hill to sit on, a rock to eat lunch upon.
