1-You can't restrict voting freedom. Not that it matters, even if someone were to study in depth on the issues and the politicians talking about them, the politician can say the intellegent thing and do something else. 3-If someone drops out it doesn't mean their automatically dumber than everyone else. The military needs less people, preferably none.
