Hi, I am prescribed 40mg of Opana ER x2, 10mg Oxy x3, and 1mg Klonopin daily. The problem is they don't do anything anymore and the doctor won't up them. It's impossible to buy them locally so I have to deal with what I have. Other than shooting, is there a way to make what I have work better? I don't think I can eat ERs because it turns into a gel or something. Anything else I can do with this crap? I've heard the non ERs are awesome, these are worthless. How does eating the Oxy work, just eat it? How big is the difference. Recently I doubled up on the doctors so I had double the pills and 30 mg of Ox worked out pretty good. Is eating one comparable to that? And snorting too, anything I need to know about that? Work just like Coke? Stinging, etc? Help me feel good again. A big problem is that I'm a heavy heavy drinker, about a half gallon a day when I don't have my pills. Since the doses don't work anymore, I'm starting to take a shot of whiskey to help them along. I can't stop though after one. I'm going to die if I can't get 30mg of Oxy to work better. Thanks a ton.
I would think crushing the Opana would eliminate the time release, but Im not sure. Id take it easy on the booze with opiates, regardless of your tolerance. I'd crush the opana, wrap it up in as single ply tissue, and swallow it that way. If 30mgs of oxy gets u right, this will do better. Another way would be to crush the opana, add a touch of water to it, mix it up good and bring it into a syriunge without a needle and inject it into ur rectum. 40mgs of Opana should be a good bit stronger than Oxy......
to me the opana stings/burns just a little bit, i bread one pill down into 4 lines....do 2 lines and in 15 do the othre 2 lines....feels like if u do the whole pill at once alot is wasted IMHO, so i slow it down, and do it twice...i dont get all that shit down the back of the throat...
Snort an Opana and keep it in your nostril. Simple as that. Intranasally Opana is 8x stronger by weight than Oxycodone. If I break my Opana ER 40 into Quarters and snort one Quarter it gives me the same effect as snorting an entire 80mg Oxycontin.

Eat your oxy or opana with a fatty substance e.g. peanutbutter, olive oil. Raise your body's PH level by using lemon juice before you take it, to reduce the amount excreted. Rectal oxymorphone is supposed to increase BA by about 30%. (so instead of 10% getting to your blood stream, 40% will) Drink your pee starting 30 minutes after you take the pills (19% is excreted unchanged) Take a few day break in hell to help with tolerance. Those are ways to make it stronger. EDIT Opana is ER? Crush it then take it. Though, this wont help later in the day, just make you withdraw at night. Nasal Opana is better with BA too. BA=bioavailability
