Sad misconception? Ha! I'd like to see a cop who doesn't fit it. I'm even friends with a cop, but I keep him at arm's length, because he's still a cop.

If I need to be more careful with him I will, that would suck if he developed an anti weed attitude. The only thing is he was very knowledge on the mis-justice of the Drug war on Marijuana especially but...

Edited. OH but what about psychedelics, he's done acid a bit. And he's definitely already against opiates even though I've done coke with him a few times.

 

Honestly, you should be prepared for this situation and be cautious but don't make him feel like anything has changed. If you still want him as a friend and he isn't changing his values it's a good thing! One less crooked cop in the system that will fuck people over because he feels like being a dick that day

To become a cop you have been blinded by the system. To fight for it, you are just helping the elite further the plans. You are selling your soul when become a cop. You are helping the government enslave the people on a whole other level. Society becomes more blind.

don't get me wrong.. i've been befriended by a couple cops and have had some good experiences... but a few good experiences doesn't make up for all the wrong they do...

 

think about it though dude, wouldn't it be awesome if there were more cops in the system that aren't dicks? more chill people should become cops and then stay chill

a chill cop is a lot more likely to let a busted tail light or something small go than a non chill one

 

but it doesn't happen because who they are working for.

 

the function of police is not to fight crime.. the function of the police is social control and protection of property

 

I'm not saying don't kill cops, I'm all for that. All I'm saying is kill the bad ones, and know who is truly your enemy and who is trying to do their job with honor. What if there were a cop that picked and chose which laws to uphold and which ones to let slide? A cop that would get someone for murder but not even fuck with someone smoking a bowl or anything nonviolent?

And eventually yeah I want no government and no police force BUT getting like-minded people into the system will be an excellent tool in dismantling it

 

We need more cops like the ones in Super Troopers.

I don't know.. i think that you should be cautious but don't make it like anything has changed because then it will change.... Just be happy for your friend. he might joke about busting you guys but just tell him that you don't think its cool or funny.


There was this guy that i went to school with and his cousin was one of my best friends and he actually became a cop and he was a major pothead...
He quit smoking pot but he still knew about us and he never did anything.
The only reason he quit is because he didn't want to smoke while he was a cop and bust someone for something that he did... instead of smoking weed he started smoking that fake inscense weed stuff that you can buy from the store and he was happy with that.... and he invited us over to smoke with him.
He said when he pulls someone over and it smells like weed he never said anything about the smell he would just ticket them for what he was pulling them over for.. or if he did then he would just give them a minor weed charge because they should have been more careful and he figured better him do it with a minor charge than an asshole giving them a full weed felony charge.





But i personally don't like cops... he would have beeen good to be on my side if i would have stayed. Personally i have never had any good experiences with cops.... my oldest brother was throwing his pregnant girlfriend around and i would call them and they would never show up... three hours later i would just call them and tell them not to even bother its all over and they told me i could call back if something else happened and i was just like whats the point? Its not like they are going to come... but when someone calls the cops on us because my brothers have weed they are there.....


My mom was going to college and she was majoring in criminal justice and i was really worried that she was going to become a cop but she was thinking about being a lawyer or a probation officer so if she ever goes back then maybe i could have my personal lawyer or probation officer.


The other day some friends and i were driving around and there was a cop parked in the parking lot and he was just sitting there and we were just driving around waiting for someone to get off of work and every once in a while we could have swore we saw a thing light up thaat looked light a lighter every once in a while and then we thought we saw smoke... we were like he probably just busted someone.

 

I grew up with a bunch kids that became Boston cops, it's kind of a common thing in the neighborhood I'm from, for alot of them they do it because it is a good paying job with good benifits. I have smoked with many of them, albeit before they got on the force, and some after. I was once told by a close aquantance who is now a BPD detective that they "could give a fuck about white kids fucking around with weed." This seems to be reflective of the attude of most big city cops I have met. I spend alot of time working with cops in citys all over the country because I work doing event production and often hire police details. I suspect that this attude is diffrent in suburbs and small towns where they don't have a much real crime to deal with.

 

The city cop that doesn't care for weed has crazy fucks walking around with heat; the small town cop has nothing to do, so he will do everything he can to send you to jail. Over a fucking two grams. No BS.

 

the "small town cop" believe it or not is a person with a moral compass that knows right from wrong and is not necessarily out to put stoners in jail..
having grown up in a small town ive met plenty of them

 

that sucks man. i never understood why anyone would want to become a cop and enforce the government -- everything being in the state that it is in.
