Hey, thought I'd ask how cluttered people's e-mail's are. Mine get really cluttered sometimes. I had an old account with SBC Global back in the DAYYY! Like back when internet by 56k modem was finally gaining popularity... I think we were even as low as a 28k modem cuz 56k was still EXPENSIVE LOL! :ack2:

Anyways, come to find out I could forward all my old email still to another account and I had around 1300 emails I never got to read! Earlier this year, I had an account I sifted through and cleaned out about 530 unread emails... and that's an account I still use. Today, I logged into one of my main accounts and had like 57 unreads. It's a pain in the ASS trying to "opt-out" of all the email's you're subscribed to from registering with so many sites. I try to keep em clean nowadays, now that I know how easily they can accumulate.

How many unread/junk email's have you seen in your accounts?

I saw my bro has like 1200 :smilielol5: I don't think he ever goes through it.

I rarely seem to get junk these days - even the Nigerian princes and ex-Iraqi finance ministers have stopped wanting to share their fortunes with me.

Mainly newsletters I've subscribed to and correspondence from people I actually want to hear from.

LOL I get those all the time, can't get em to stop sending me messages. I look in my spam box and think "I don't know how to read or speak Chinese!" Millions of dollars are tempting... but way too good to be true :ack2:

I have 4980 unread messages a lot of them are spam but that is a collaboration of years of email. Should go through some and get rid of them.

do you not delete the spam as it comes in and mark it as such nerdsgym?
if you do that, then it shouldn't come back from that source surely?
and wondering why you don't read the non spam ones?
