moose fries....I couldnt find a picture but if you imagine a bull moose testicle is a potato and you cut it into fries then cook it up its basically that

there are lots of things on here i'd eat... whassa madda wichya? as this is only page 7, i can't have posted my most disgusting food in this particular thread yet... actually there are three that come to mind

1. those african land snails
2. tapioca
3. rotting walrus flesh

 

I Was Under The Impression Canadians Were A More Civilised Tribe Than

This Post Implies, But It Does Go A Long Way Towards Explaining Some Of

Their Weird Behaviour On These Forums....

I've never tasted moose fries..(nor would I ever) but I have tasted moose tongue..it was really weird texture...similar to the weird crunch that happens when you bite your own tongue but without the pain

 

Just About To Heat Up Something For Lunch, I Would Be Most

Appreciative If Nobody Put Up Any Pics For The Next 30 mins...

no...but my dad was going to make some once and then chickened out

he's the one who enjoys moose tongue..I personally cant even watch it being skinned

in about 82..i was married still to my daughters mom...her familky was to say the least,militantly italian...it was common to see chickens in the yards of her relatives and when we went to dinner at their house they only spoke italian...so its summer and we go to wasaga beach back when it was heavily italian based...we are at the cottage with the in laws and my wife tells me her dad wants me at the other cottage,one of he uncles cottages....i walk in and head down the basement...yes...they had a basement in there cottage..hand dug...there,hanging by a hook from the ceiling is a still squirming lamb with its throat cut and a bucket under to catch the blood with a second standing by......jesus..i nearly fainted..i had to stand there and 'be taught' how to skin and clean the lamb for that nights roast dinner...to this day i dont know if they even noticed that i didnt actually eat any of the lamb and i can not eat lamb to this day

 

I find any canned meat other than tuna to be gross. Fresh or frozen...canned has had things "done" to it...

I went to a chicken kill, once...it wasn't too bad, since the chickens had their heads cut clean off and weren't suffering. They had a plucking machine, but us kids had to gut...
