Does your past ever come back to haunt you?

Sometimes it's what people remember about you.

Other times it's something you did that you thought you got away with that comes back on you.

What kind of experiences have you had with your past coming back and affecting your life in the present?

 

Oh jesus, I've had my past come back and bite me in the ass several times. Nothing I want to get into detail about though.

 

Most of the time that's exactly what I would call the past coming back on me, .....a bite in the ass.

It's funny though, sometimes that bite in the ass has had a way of changing me for the better.

Well, yes and no for me. It usually just ends up being a pain in the ass and I have to go to court... Hopefully that will all be over come April or May, not sure which it is.

 

I hope everything goes well with court, I know how much it sucks I've been there a few times myself.

Sometimes people like to embarrass others by bringing up things they did as a kid. It's frigging annoying. My dad argues like that. He will throw stuff in your face from 30 years ago...like it is relevant in any way.

I've got a relative that does the exact same thing.....what an ass he is It's like he takes a great deal of pleasure in it too.

Thank you, as of right now all it is is I'm on unsupervised probation for 6 months. As long as my probation fees get paid every month my charges will be dropped at the end. :2thumbsup:

Yes, OP, sure my past bites me on the ass now and then. Perhaps it was not a good idea to be a prick for so long.

Meh, live and learn. Karma can be a bitch. I just deal with it. All you really can do is try to learn from it.

I am done talking about my past here. Fuck the past. Learn and move on.

 

i have a tendency to be the first person to blab about embarassing moments or things that may haunt me. then i don't have to be scared about it later.

like once, when i was 6, i peaked at my christmas presents. my brother said he was gonna tell on me, so i told first. i was very serious, had a bit of tears, didn't wail and said sorry. worked like a dream. it's been my habit ever since.

 

Amateur.

I go for the 100% fool proof method where no-one could ever possibly see you of going out into the sea on a small boat and dumping the body parts in the water in plastic bags.
