Valium: No effects worth getting?

SWIM has roughly 20 5mg valium pills... I took about 10mg my first time, and the effects where pathetic! It also wore off in about two hours- Has anyone else had this issue?

Though 10mg is pretty low dose, 50mg might get you going places, depends on your tolerance, i used to take 10 blues (100mg) at a time then some, but even benzo heads would scoff at that, bottom line 10mg will do fuck all.

 

Way too expensive...

 

Valium never really got me to where other benzos got me. not really a fan. if in the future i have more access to it i will probably give it another try..

 

Take all 20. Otherwise, it'll be a waste.

 

LMFAO to someone with no benzo tolerance, taking 100mg would literally make you comatose for a day... 20mg would get me fucked up without a tolerance.

Nah, valium is a shitty pill. I didn't have any benzo tolerance at all the first time I took some valium, and it was ten 10mg V's down the hatch. All it did was lower my inhibitions. Nothing more. Nothing less.

 

I ended up pretty rocked when I took a high dose of valium with some xanax. Think booze was involved, but it's too hard to remember.

 

man if u have no expirience with benzos if u take 4 u need 2 beer and a joint to be cool

can't believe how many people are bashing valium... definitely my favourite benzo.

TNS: even though you took 100mg with no tolerance and didn't feel much, you've even said yourself you naturally have a ridiculous benzo tolerance. giving first timers the advice to take 100mg is just asking for big trouble.

as we all know, benzo blackouts / ODs NEVER end up good

lol Most of the people I've ever known have the exact same experience with diazepam. It takes rediculous amounts to do anything, for quite a few people. Of course, I guess that is greatly based on expectations. Everytime I've taken valium, I had always tried to get xanax-type effects. While the anxiety may have left me and I was happy, that wasn't all I looked for when I was taking benzos. That's all valium ever did to me though, unless I beasted them shits.
