Whenever I'm at home I'm always naked anyway - I hate the restriction of clothes. Even when I masturbate in bed I have to throw the covers off until I'm done - although the times when I've been in hospital, in mixed wards, this has not been possible, for obvious reasons, and despite easing the sexual tension, the physical pleasure gained was far from my typical levels (although the psychological arousal of masturbating with other patients around me, obviously unaware of what I was doing, was far heightened).
Talking of hospitals, like many, I've had long spells in them, too. I was often laid out in an isolation room, fans going and the blind on the window up so nurses etc could keep an eye on the drip pump.
