i hear a good amount of people that say things like "at least i don't go to work high'' "at least i wouldn't get high before work'' pertaining to work drug testing ---- i am curious on how many regular weed smokers feel that way

    Congrats on the job.

I prefer not to smoke before or at work just because id rather have more focus on the job at hand. Plus when work is done smoking is a lot funner. And its save my weed lol.

I used to work at a store and I went to work after smoking 3 fat bowls out of my bong one time. After doing that I was never going to do that again haha.

The store was super busy that day and I am the guy responsible for customer service. So I had to talk and help out several customer baked out of my mind. Also that day my super strict manager was asking be to do all sorts of complicated tasks. I was tripping out. It really was a total buzz kill and my short term memory is bad when super baked. My manager would walk up to me and give me like 5 tasks to complete and like after doing 3 of them I would forget what the other 2 were.

Plus I had to do stuff that day that I have never done before but no one ever said anything and that manager likes me and always says I am a very hard worker.

nothing more relaxing than kicking your feet up and hitting a bowl after a long day of work. (school in my case)

they'll probably give you sweet prices on parts too...pretty sure I remember you posting that you do your own repairs so cheap parts mean even more money staying in your pocket

Make sure you do good work for them; or they can make you disappear, "like it never happened"! :)

haha i totally know what you mean this has happened to me at work many times. my manager does the same shit, she'll just rattle off a list of shit to do for the whole day and once you get focused on one or two of the given tasks, its easy to forget what the other ones were.

now when she rattles a bunch of shit off like that, i just repeat the tasks i need to get done in my head a couple times.. helps me a lot

well it didnt work out.unfortunately i lasted an hour.im soo used to workin by myself and for myself.too many people in one small area.

outside all day no matter what the wheather is.no heat in the area where i woulda been.can be a hurricane and they expect you to show up.break a part,it comes out of your pay.cant take a quick smoke break, can only have a smoke on your lunch break.show up3 minutes late and they you home for the day.just plain rediculous rules.its like being in the army or back in high school.

i wouldnt be happy workin there at all.so instead of bein pissy, aggravated and miserable i didnt bother with it.no sense in makin other people miserable.i woulda been fired in a week anyways.oh well lookin for something else.

i did talk to a guy i know that works there and owns a tow company.hes looking for a part time on call guy to drive a tow truck doing snow removals.he asked for my number and said he would call me.hopefully he does.id rather be in a truck anyways.the junkyard job just wasnt for me
