At risk of realizing that the much of basis of the so-called "war on drugs" is utter bullshit. It's very, very risky to have a population that is resistant to indoctrination.

 

Yep those statistics are definitely dead wrong. It's far far higher for pot use among high school seniors, for the studies I've read about, use is usually in the mid to high 40%s. 6% is more like cocaine use or daily marijuana use, maybe.
