The average hit of blotter is supposed to be a quarter by quarter inch correct? Or at least that's how I've always known. Are there blotters out there that vary in size? I picked up a twenty strip from my most convenient connect. I have another but that's a three hour drive there and a three hour drive back. I received the blotter and its pretty much a 6th of an inch per hit. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this before? Seems pretty mediocre.
Some people cut blotters up using x centimeter by x cm's ..I don't noramlly do blotter but most good blotter hits are about the size of a postage stamp of a little smaller. I normaly do liquid or get tabs so..People I guess cut them different sizes according to how potent the acid is, how much they charge and how much they paid. Dunno about blotter much because I only do acid in the "circle" of trippers I know so we always have good high quality acid and dose according to micrograms,because we know who made the acid and how strong it is..sorry I can't be of any better help than that.
Well honestly, depending on the strength and amount of solution that the paper was treated with, the size of the paper shouldn't mean shit. The square could be a tenth of an inch on a side, and still have a full hit of LSD... or they could be bunk, who knows... until you take it. One thing that smaller squares can help guard against is other chemicals, because as the dosage size gets physically smaller, there are less and less drugs that could fit on it in an active dose.
are they perforated, or unperfed with lines drawn on? all the perfed hits i've ever had were 1/4" squares, but i've gotten some unperfed ones where the hits were drawn on smaller. umm, they did it to make money.
Unperfed. I have no doubt on quality. I have boughten from this source before. Its just my first time receiving blotter with different dimensions. So I was skeptical.
the only blotter i have seen different dimensions from standard lsd blot sizes contained DOX, FYI. They were smaller hits and of a tougher cardstock
Not that I'm arguing with your assertation, but I've only heard of DOx on abnormally large blotter (I think I read a report that mentioned 1 inch on a side, very thick, clearly marked hits of DOB) While they are in small dosages, DOx is still going to have a lot more material to absorb than LSD, unless you're taking the mother of all acid hits.
^^^he posted a picture of DOC blotters side by side with LSD. the DOC were smaller. someone definitely drew the hits smaller to make more money. maybe they are really potent, but they are still smaller than they should be.

My dude was a lazy ass and would just cut hits whatever size he felt like. I once got a variety pack of like 4 big ass squares, 4 little squares, and then 2 long triangular shaped pieces that ended up being like 4 or 5 little doses.
Top hits are DOC, bottom hits are LSD. I have since seen a second print of DOx sold locally on the same size blotter paper (smaller than acid hits, but harder)
Again, wasen't doubting you, I do believe it, just saying, the potential dose in a piece of blotter isn't exactly limited by the blotter size, in the case of LSD... assuming you can see the blotter with your naked eye...
so maybe you've just nailed it on the head! the amount of actual LSD crystal dissolved into a blotter is probably so tiny that it could fit on a blotter that you couldn't see. but they make them bigger for convenience. obviously a DOC blotter would have to be bigger than a microscopic LSD blotter, but not necessarily bigger than a normal LSD blotter. they are both over sized for what they actually contain. i would have always thought they'd be bigger too.
