20th century zoo thunder on a clear day just got this album today and i heard it's very hard to find ... i haven't listen to it yet but this is what i love about working in a record store because there i'm always finding lots of good stuff tomorrow some guy is coming with a collection of old 60's vinyl and i look forward going through all that and also on monday there will be more .... anyway that's not what i was asking about, i was wondering if anyone has this album and has listen to it? would love to hear some comments?
This keeps getting recommended to me but have never gotten round to buying it but the samples I have heard are excellent psych with plenty of fuzz. They are from Arizona I think, like Kennelmus which is another great album (Folkstone Prism)
I heard the song 'Rainbow' on an internet radio station and was very intrigued by this band. I wasn't sure if the cd was worth hunting down or not. Your opinion would be greatly appreciated (or anyone who has this release.)
Forgot to mention that there are 3 CD reissues of the Thunder on a Clear day, not sure who first re-issued it in the 90's, but Sundazed re-issued it a few years back, and Radioactive a british company have brought it out this year, I think Radioactive may have bootlegged it so I would advise getting the Sundazed version, better sound and sleeve notes usually
