Two months ago I started experiencing signs of Kundalini awakening, such as being able to see energy and extreme emotional episodes. This has been going on since then, but now I feel completely transformed to the point that I feel like my psychological issues are starting to deteriorate. If I don't take my medication one day then I feel completely fine (maybe a little gittery, but nowhere as bad as before). When I take my meds I feel drowsy and get headaches. Do you know if it possible that the awakening has started healing my issues? Are there any real cases such as this? I think my brain chemistry has started to change.

I have no idea, but I did read an interesting article about Kundalini and its possible link to "spontaneous combustion" once.

I don't know, but I think it is for sure a possibility. Meditation and energy work has helped me immensely with my anxiety issues.

The kundalini is just one facet of the total of ones spiritual anatomy. This process you are experiencing is a simple beginning to a Process that fulfills God As you. With the awakening of different parts of the spiritual anatomy come different experiences, and those experiences may appear like illness, anxiety or other qualities regarding uncertainty, and health. The important point for you is to establish a foundation to work from. You must learn to recognize the true nature of Reality. Understand your Real, One and Only identity. If you have perfect Faith in your Self Realization of God, no matter how the process moves and works within the body/mind, you will always have God as your foundation. Without a perfect Faith based foundation in God Only, you will process these experiences without understanding, without transcendence and without Truth.

Kundalini is interesting stuff, I'm always curios about what it means...

For example I feel my kundalini rise when

I do extreme exersion (aerobic activity)
I am upset emotionally (only when i feel like going somewhere besides my body ((escaping)
    When I do yoga

So I'm wondering is kundalini rising just the process of dying?

I mean at the end of life doesn't it just go out of the top of your head and into space, so therefore everytime u have a kundalini rising its just a sign of your being dying??

Fulfilling god process in you = dying?

    Hope i'm not hijacking!

Kundalini is about the process of dying, but not physically. As the body/mind awakens, or begins to realize God, the kundalini springs to life. Now, deeply, the awakening of the kundalini is not necessarily an accurate way of understanding it, and the other forms of the spiritual anatomy (I call it the spiritual cross). The kundalini, along with the other forms of the spiritual anatomy, is already present and functioning in you. The body would die if these were not present, full and completely capable of the processes of spiritual awakening. You see the esoteric anatomy of consciousness is really part of ones inter-relational consciousness with the environment, even the universe at large. As the egoic/separative mind forms are processed through self sacrifice of one's own individual identity (relating to all of reality through the idea of separation) into the One and Only Presence of Reality the whole of this anatomical presence awakens (tangibly) completely. Truly, one may have all sorts of kundalini experiences, without a lick of spiritual practice happening, even if the person is an atheist. So, the real way (imo) to understand the kundalini is by giving way to it, to relate, and move, and inter act through every conscious moment As the Source of the conscious dynamic of the spiritual anatomy. The kundalini is a part of a larger anatomy of esoteric consciousness. As you realize the tangible presence of the kundalini, and other esoteric currents, simply understand they are natural inter-conscious relationships. Conscious relationships that are more than the physical.

Good to read that other people are going through what i have suspected that i've been going through for a few years now. Kundalini i think is happening to more and more people out of biological necessity throughout the planet.

Typically true kundalini is opened with initiation. What is perhaps happening now is more real tantrics mixed into regular society and they awaken more people just by affiliation.

kundalini can not rise...It has risen already in all conscious creatures...sensations happen and people attribute it to kundalini, because they have become aware of the word.
All these fanciful idiologies are stumbling blocks on your self discovery journey.. people claim they have changed as a result of this experiences, how do they know that they have truly changed. true change is scary...you have to almost feel like you actually dead and woke up as another person.

I just got into Kundalini Yoga over the past couple months and I'm in love with it. My husband has been telling me for a while now that I should get into yoga for stress, and after much whining I did.
I love it! Amazing, life changing. And it's inspired me to make other healthy choics in my life as well. I feel great, the healthiest, happiest, and calmest I've felt in my life.
Works really well with medical marijuana, btw.

what does energy look like? are you happier throughout the day now? Do you still get upset about things?

can you meditate yourself out of loneliness or do you still wanna be big pimpin, spending cheese?

I feel happier, more relaxed, calmer. I sit back and observe more, react less. Physically the first thing I noticed was an improvement in my digestive health and metabolism overall. it helps with my anxiety. I still get upset, but not nearly as easily.
I still get lonely or upset sometimes, but less often, and overall I handle it better.

interesting. thanks for sharing. I feel I am already at that stage. Not so reactive, but life is always demanding thus being truly happy or complacent is still a challenge.

I've found the cannabis and yoga work together very well, also.

    This made me laugh aloud.

From one who was initiated, and saw kundalini and the snake clairvoyantly I can tell you she starts rising from one point, and then doesn't ever stop again. That's why it's initiation, because it starts at once. Most people talking about kundalini really have no idea what they're talking about. No offense. I myself cannot know who they are from the internet. Some will know what they're talking about. The point is that kundalini isn't awake for all people. Also, psychics usually do not have kundalini awakened. Kundalini is a liberating energy and cannot coexist with freaky shit. Ghosts stop coming around near those with kundalini shakti. Shakti is power of kundalini. Shakti removes spirits from the environment. Yogis and spiritualists don't inhabit the same mile square. But for initiation the usual rules apply, donation, ceremony, some fire and incense, fruit, cloth offerings, most importantly, one who has been awakened doing the initiation. Kundalini is considered a feminine force and so the people who know best come from the Shakta Yoga traditions of India and Tibet.

Kundalini can also be triggered through dramatic psychedelic experiences...

The past two times I was at Kundalini Yoga were amazing; after a long workout the teacher had us do corpse-pose, and I had the sensation my clothes were coming off, that I was naked, then I lost sense of my body. felt really cool.
