Oregon non-resident cards and reciprocity

Hello all,

It appears that Oregon will issue MMJ cards to non-residents:

I got the information off of NORML, which is a pretty legitimate site. Also, they have advertisements for site which will recommend you online on NORML.

Anyway, I live in a reciprocity state and was wondering what experiences have been with obtaining an OR card as a non-resident and using them in a reciprocity state.

The reason for not getting on in my state is that my state has more conservative recommendation requirements.

 

are you in cali? your tag says CA. its easier there than here, and your oregon card would not work there last time i checked
