Is it safe to use a vendor?

    Say if my dog found a vendor and ordered some form of 2ce or something, would that be safe for him to do? I dont want the police showing up at my dogs door, ya know.

    Yes, no, depends if your delivery gets dropped in a puddle by the postman, and then accidentally ripped open when he goes to pick it up.

    Nothing they can do, if customs seize it deny all knowledge and don't reply to any letters. At least thats how it works here. Can't really give any advice unless we know what country you're posting from :rolleyes:
