do you have any barefoot intentions for new years? I am going to do my usual thing, take a final barefoot drive of the year on new years eve and then a first barefoot drive of the new year on new years day. Hokey, yeah, but I've done it for the last upteen years so why change. oh, and I'll attend a party barefoot too. it will be "cold", sorry to those in really cold places, prolly low 40's but I will ring in the new year barefoot.
certainly intend to expand my barefooting with my barefoot sandals...hope to get into those few stores that get itchy about (OMG!!!) bare feet. More barefooting, more places, more often! LET'S CANCEL THESE NEXT FEW DAYS AND GET TO IT!!!!!!
well, i plan to have some more barefoot trips next year. i think i'll go for rainbow gatherings, or grab ye ol'motorbike heading for festivals. of course if we will not be too busy protesting and rallying all the time XD :hippy::hippy::hippy: :bobby: btw, i cant get to appreciate barefoot sandals. first off its not being barefoot, then i find them, well, ridiculous and irrational . if i show up barefoot and people think im nuts, or even tell me, i dont give a crap about that because i strongly believe that the trouble is with them shoe addicted gawkers and requiring me to wear shoes under every circumstance is like prescribing to wear a white wig, arbitrary foolishness. wearing barefoot sandals would make me feel that theyre right. just figure out the wrong feeling of thinking that i am wearing a gimmick devised just to fool people, no other possible real world purpose, because i fear what theyre possibly thinking. quite amusingly, barefoot sandals are made to prevent the public from thinking that i am mad but if i wear them that would definitely make a real wacko of me. Which is kind of a «Catch 22» dynamics. of course thats just my opinion, though.
I pretty much agree. It IS being barefoot, however, because the entire sole is bare, as is 98% of the rest of the foot, minus the "sandal." It IS kind of ridiculous (however clever the invention) because people get SO freaked about (OMG) bare feet---to get past the few "shoe Nazis" seems to be worth the effort. Appearances CAN be deceiving, thank God!
I will be going down to 6th st (Austin,TX) for some club hopping. I am the DD for the night. I will be going barefoot! I just hope I can get into all the clubs/bars. I'm hopping the bouncers will not notice, as there will be a lot of people there. I been barefoot on 6th st before, but never into any clubs. Why not try something daring for 2011. Austin's slogan is "Keep it weired" so I am hopping to see some other barefooters as well.
I will be letting in the New Year bf, but the winter is limiting it to house and car at the moment. By the way, igo., going bf is not weird, is it, boys?
