To order syringes from especially psilocybin spores. Has anyone tried earthstongue if so was it worth it? Suggestion please.
a shroomery sponsor.. get with the program.. http://store.mushbox.com/?AffId=1 This one has a banner on HIP FORUM..
True but this site as far as i can see doesn't sell spore syringes. I am talking about a site that sells spore syringes that is suggested by users.
Have you checked Ebay? all you would need is something like a few 10cc syringes. They all work pretty much the same.
Ebay.??? Jesus Christ! http://www.shroomery.org/sponsors.php ^ it doesn't get any easier than that. :banghead:
Go with the best companies... ones that have been around for a long time and have a good reputation. These are the only two companies I would ever use. www.sporeworks.com http://www.ralphstersspores.com/
with the exception of the OP I've had bad experiences of dishonesty from suppliers mentioned above and shroomery "approved" suppliers (guessing you've never worked for a forum and know how they work). Both have sent spores that aren't as advertised on the barrel. You can trust earthstongue but he's expensive, probably worth it for a beginner, the spore friendly decontaminates use do make a difference on your success rate if not working in a clean room. We're lucky in europe, fewer advertised sellers but better professional labs that have a small range of quality spores. Syringes are for newbies though, get past that stage as quickly as possible and join a spore ring, then it's free forever more.
IMHO, the sites listed as Shroomery sponsors are all professionals and have good products. You really only need to buy a syringe once. Given that they are all (mostly) Cubensis with the same growing parameters, I don't really see the point in trading around for new genetics when you already got good ones and get an endless supply.
for the 9millionth time.. Hip Forum Vendor. There is a link on this site to Cubensis /Psychedelic shrooms..
They also mislabel spores. It's clear on any microscope, or check an independent forum, or one with competing "sponsors". Mushbox resell syringes from labs when their own fail. Resellers in Europe had many problems with blanks too. Get a scope and have a look at what you've actually brought, or use greacemonkey and firefox to watch how many threads get deleted on those suppliers unless the feedback is good. SunshineChild - the reason you need to refresh is you don't know how far down the clone line you are with the vendor's strain, you don't have an infinite mix of genetics, I've isolated through 10+ plates with poor quality stock and although you might improve things a bit you've still got poor quality genetics. Genetics degrade in labs and cloning situations. To the OP, it's a bit of a lucky dip with most suppliers, take a chance. As yr in US I'd still opt for earthstoungue as the contamination chance is genuinely lower, no other reason, there's nothing to say his actual spores in the solution are better, although I've never known anyone complain on incorrect strain. tbf most cubes are the same, all these names are complete crap designed to sell you more syringes, they're not actually different in many cases.
every vendor Ive dealt with has mixed spores in one way or another. If they didnt have what I wanted, they toss what they had in , and an extra..... if it wasnt so much work, Id vend shrooms .. Though people that keep asking me for shrooms. I just sell them a grain bag and syringe and tell them to do it themselves.. 2 out of 5 people now are successful.. Hopefully they may take a better interest in growing them, so I dont have to do so much.. I prefer growing buds, Bud I know.. This mycology stuff, to much on an aging mind... I bought a microscope months ago and I look at crazy things like blood, other drugs, things I finds, my sperm once. < ok 2 times... really I havent put many spores on the slides but I have, this spring I hope to find shrooms to identify and view in my microscope. I didnt have it last year.
Thank you for helping people grow! I mostly give away my shrooms to people to introduce them to it, as I don't want to deal, and I don't feel I have the right to something so beautiful, also I have way more than enough for myself, it will all just go bad. I never thought of setting people up to grow, but that sounds a bit more expensive Either way, thanks for bringing more mushrooms to more people in this world, we could all use that.
